Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags/packaging.
  • Keep any certificates, pouches, and gift boxes.
  • Non‑returnable items: final‑sale items, custom or engraved pieces, made‑to‑order sizes, and earrings (for hygiene reasons), and gift cards, unless defective.

3. Start a Return

Email contact@eilyor.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions and, where applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Return Shipping

Unless we made an error or the item arrived defective/damaged, return shipping costs are your responsibility. For your protection, use a trackable service and insure the package. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, please indicate the replacement item in your request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If unavailable, we will process a refund per this Policy.

6. 1-Year Warranty

All Eilyor pieces are made from high quality stainless steel and coated with 18K gold or a bright silver tone using a durable PVD process. Thanks to this technology, our jewelry is waterproof and tarnish resistant for everyday use. We back this with our 1-Year Warranty on all eligible items. If the metal color of your piece permanently fades, peels, or tarnishes under normal daily wear, we will replace it with a new item of the same model or the closest available equivalent. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, physical breakage, or damage caused by harsh chemicals.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to post the credit. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us fast within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.

9. Gifts

Items marked as gifts at purchase may be refunded to the original purchaser or issued as store credit to the recipient, at our discretion.

10. Return Address

Email contact@eilyor.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with the return instructions and the address of the appropriate return center.
