Eilyor Jewelry

Our pieces are crafted from premium stainless steel and finished with an 18k gold PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating. This vacuum-bonded process is tougher than conventional plating, helping the color stay true through daily wear and water exposure.

Yes. Stainless steel and our finishes are generally well-tolerated by sensitive skin and those prone to metal allergies.

The PVD finish creates a durable, uniform layer that resists fading and tarnishing. It’s designed for real life showers, workouts, and everyday routines without the color rubbing off.

  • Clean: Use lukewarm water and a mild soap; wipe with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
  • Store: Keep pieces dry and separated in a soft pouch or lined box so they don’t rub and scratch.
  • Routine: A quick wipe after wear keeps buildup to a minimum and maintains the shine.

Each order includes a branded box and protective pouch for every piece. We prioritize eco-minded packaging and recycled paper where possible.

Order & Shipping

Check your spam if nothing arrives or it’s often a mistyped email. Contact us at contact@eilyor.com with your full name, shipping address, and phone number and we’ll locate your order.

We offer free tracked worldwide shipping on all orders.

Depending on your location, rare customs exceptions may apply. We cover all duties, taxes, and customs fees upfront, but in some areas, local customs may still request an additional charge. If that happens, contact us with proof of payment and we’ll refund the fee



Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard tracked shipping usually takes 3–6 business days, but may take up to 15 business days depending on the destination and local postal services.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Some locations may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once dispatched, we email your tracking number and send updates when shipped and when delivered.

We pack fast, so changes aren’t guaranteed. If you spot an address issue, contact us fast at contact@eilyor.com

Check around the property and with neighbors. Wait 3 business days for late scans, then file a claim with your local carrier. If still missing, contact us at contact@eilyor.com within 7 business days and we’ll help.

Email contact@eilyor.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a photo of what arrived, and the shipping label so we can investigate.

Refund and Return Policy

If eligible under our policy, email contact@eilyor.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

Return postage isn’t covered by Eilyor. Please purchase a label with tracking and share the number with us. Costs vary by the courier you choose.

Warranties

If a piece develops a significant color issue on the gold or silver finish, you can submit a claim anytime. When approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit (gifted items: store credit only; credit reflects any discounts applied at purchase).

Excludes: lost items, pearl discoloration, normal wear, misuse, or improper storage. Free gifts aren’t covered. Purchases must be from eilyor.com.

To file, email contact@eilyor.com with: shipping address, order number, item name, problem description, and clear photos.

If a product arrives faulty or breaks due to a manufacturing defect, you have 90 days from delivery to file a claim, receive a replacement or store credit (gifted items: credit only; credit reflects discounts).

Excludes: lost items, normal wear, misuse, or improper storage or free gifts.

Please send contact@eilyor.com : shipping address, order number, item name, issue description, photos, and (if relevant) a short video (e.g., for earring clasps).

Promotion

Add 3 items to your cart your lowest-priced item becomes free at checkout.

Only one discount can apply per order. If multiple codes are entered, our system automatically keeps the better deal.

Free gifts unlock at specific cart thresholds. When eligible, you can receive one free gift per order.

Payment

We support major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

At checkout you’ll be redirected to PayPal to confirm the amount. After payment, you’ll return to our store.

Use the currency selector (top or bottom of the site). Prices convert from our base currency.

Once our team approves and processes your refund:

  • Credit Card/Debit Visa: typically 2–7 business days to appear (bank-dependent)
  • PayPal: you’ll get a PayPal notification; funds usually post within 2–7 business days

Account

Use Forgot Password on the login page and follow the email instructions.

Check spam if nothing arrives. If you don’t remember which email you used, contact us at contact@eilyor.com with your full name and shipping address and we’ll help locate your account.
